The Signature Mat Class
A focus on Pilates from its original roots combined with modern concepts that honours form, function and flow. Flowing from one movement to the next, feel stronger and stand taller.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
A mat and space to move.
Props can be great tools to get the most out of a movement and to challenge us where needed. In our classes, ankle weights, a Pilates ball and resistance band is recommended but you’ll still be able to move without these.
Each class is recommended to be paired with music. You will receive a link to your music before we get moving.
